Ibinyobwa birimo isukari biri mu bitera Diyabete II

Abahanga mu by’ubuzima bo ku mugabane w’i Burayi, barakangurira abatuye isi kwirinda gufata ibinyobwa byinshi biryohereye kuko byongera ibyago byo kurwara Diyabete.

Uhagarariye ikigo cy’ubushakashatsi, Diabetes UK, Dr Matthew Hobbs,  arasanga hari isano ikomeye iri hagati y’ibinyobwa byiganjemo amasukari n’indwara ya Diyabete.

Dr. Matthew yagize, «ibinyobwa byiganjemo amasukari ntibigira ingaruka gusa ku kongera uburwayi bwa Diyabete ya kabiri, ahubwo binagira ingaruka ku biro by’umuntu. Turakangurira abantu kugabanya ibinyobwa n’ibiribwa birimo amasukari kuko Calories zibirimo ziganisha ku bwiyongere bw’ibiro, mu gihe kugira ibiro biringaniye ari wo muti wo kwirinda Diyabete yo mu bwoko bwa II ».

Umuyobozi uhagarariye amashyirahamwe y’abakora ibinyobwa bidasindisha, Gavin Partington, nawe yagize ati, «kunywa ibinyobwa bidasindisha birinda umubiri w’umuntu, ariko hari ibinyobwa cyangwa ibiribwa cyane cyane byiganjemo amasukari biba bisaba ko bifatwa ku buryo buringaniye hagamijwe ko bitagira ingaruka mbi ku mubiri w’umuntu wabifashe ».

Hari abacyitiranya amadayimoni n’indwara y’igicuri

Mu Rwanda usanga indwara y’igicuri bamwe batayisobanukiwe. Kuba ifatana umuntu ikamutura hasi ngo bituma kugeza ubu hari abakiyitiranya n’amadayimoni, abandi bakavuga ko yandura ku buryo usanga ufashwe nacyo abandi bamuhunga aho kumutabara, nk’ibyo ikinyamakuru Izuba Rirashe giherutse kubona i Gikondo.
Ibi byabaye ubwo ikinyamakuru Izuba Rirashe cyaganiraga na bamwe mu bakorera mu nganda z'i Gikondo batinye kwegera umusore wari wafashwe n'indwara y'igicuri, batinya ko ngo yaba arwaye izindi ndwara.

Twambazimana Jean Pierre yagize icyo atangariza ikinyamakuru Izuba Rirashe ati "Twabonye aryamye hano dutinya kumukoraho, kuko abamubonye agwa hasi bavugaga ko ari ibintu by'iwabo bimufashe. Ubwo rero twanze kumukoraho."

Dr Karenzi yagize ati "Indwara y’igicuri ntiyandura, ikindi abantu nibamenye ko atari indwara ituruka ku badayimoni nk’uko bamwe babivuga, iyi ndwara ni ubumuga. Iyo ubonye umurwayi wayo afashwe, uramwegera ukamubuza ko yakwiruma ururimi, ubundi ukanareba ukamukura aho aguye ukamushyira ahantu heza, ku buryo iyo haciye akanya azanzamuka.”

Dr Karenzi yakomeje agira ati "Turasaba abantu rero kudatererana aba barwayi kuko biba ari ubufasha bw’ibanze, no kwa muganga babagenera imiti, gusa akenshi igicuri ntigikira, kuba iyo begereye umuriro akenshi bawugwamo ntabwo ari ikintu bihariye, ariko ni byiza kubarinda kwegera umuriro.”
